Tywan Anthony is the Founder and Executive Director of the New York Crusaders, a non-profit launched in 2014, where he leads strategic growth, fundraising, and day-to-day operations.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Pittsburg State University, where he played football before pursuing professional opportunities at various levels.
Tywan is the current Director of Property at NHS New York City, President of the Bedford Stuyvesant Real Estate Board, and an adjunct real estate instructor at various colleges and universities across New York City.
Althea Williams, Team Coordinator & Director of Partnerships

Althea serves as the organization's Coordinator and Director of partnerships. She is responsible for keeping task moving forward and the group organized. In addition, she is responsible for all permitting and community outreach efforts. By day, she works for the City of New York and is a mental health professional.
Ori Issacs, Head Coach & Manager of Coaching Staff

Ori currently serves as the football team head coach and the manager of the coaching staff. This includes ensuring effective play-calling, bringing on new coaches and ensuring the football team implements its strategic plan to win games and assist our athletes with the next steps in their football journey. By day, ‘Coach Ori” is a maintenance professional with year of experience in the industry.
